Overview
This website is owned & managed by JAKz Home Decor & Furnishings. 

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from JAKz, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors and customers.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Pre-Ordering
A few select items in our range are only available via pre-ordering.  These items are not readily available for purchase, so must be ordered in especially for you.  JAKz will advise the approximate delivery date, based on our next shipment or any item that is custom designed.  If the item is unavailable via our suppliers, we will advise you and action an immediate refund for you.

Variations
JAKz products are hand-crafted, hand-painted, unique pieces that may vary in detail from one item to the next. 

Refunds & Credit
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for any change of mind or errors made in your order once processed.  However, we will consider a credit note, depending on the special circumstances.

Our credit policy lasts 7 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit note if 7 days have lapsed since your purchase.

To be eligible for a credit note, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase before you return it.

Only regular priced items may be credited. Unfortunately sale items cannot be credited.

Damaged Goods
Once your order leaves JAKz and is collected via one of our Couriers it then becomes the couriers responsibility on how it is handled. We ensure all our packages are well packed for handling. If an item arrives damaged then an investigation needs to be addressed with the courier. We will assist in helping with any information for this.

Delivery
We take great pride in our packaging by quality checking every package before it is dispatched to you to ensure it leaves our warehouse in excellent condition.

We have a wide range of products, ranging in size and weight, so not all can be delivered via carriers such as Australia Post, StarTrack, Couriers Please and TNT to name a few.  Our delivery fees are estimated and subject to your final delivery location.

We have a network of removalists who can manage the delivery of larger & heavier items safely and efficiently to you, or you can arrange to collect these items yourself.

If you require a delivery quote prior to making your purchase, then please feel free to contact JAKz along with a product code, your suburb and postcode and we will work on getting you the best quote before you finalise your purchase.
